Responsibilities:

In addition to operating equipment, Field Operators are often involved in the routine maintenance and repair of field machinery. This may include lubricating moving parts, replacing worn-out components, or conducting basic mechanical repairs. When more complex issues arise, they are expected to troubleshoot the problem, determine the root cause, and either fix the issue or escalate it to specialized technicians.
