A Plumber is a skilled tradesperson responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply systems, drainage systems, and related fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities

Installation of Plumbing Systems

• Install, assemble, and connect pipes, fittings, and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters, in compliance with blueprints and specifications.
• Set up water supply and drainage systems for new construction projects or renovations.
• Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

Maintenance and Repairs

• Inspect and diagnose issues in plumbing systems, such as leaks, clogs, or faulty equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, fixtures, or appliances to restore functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future plumbing problems and extend system longevity.

System Upgrades and Modifications

• Upgrade outdated plumbing systems to meet modern efficiency and safety standards.
• Install energy-efficient water systems, such as tankless water heaters or low-flow fixtures.
• Modify existing plumbing systems to accommodate structural changes or new requirements.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) on the job.
• Ensure all work adheres to local and national plumbing codes and standards.

Customer Interaction and Reporting

Qualifications and Skills
