A Project Controls Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring project goals are achieved on time and within budget, facilitating a systematic approach to planning, scheduling, and cost control. Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Scheduling
   The Project Controls Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, aligning them with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. This includes setting realistic timelines, allocating resources, and coordinating with project managers to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery timelines. The lead will monitor progress against the plan, ensuring that deviations are identified early and addressed promptly.
2. Cost Management and Budget Control
   An essential duty of this role is to oversee budgetary allocations and control project costs. The Project Controls Lead prepares cost estimates, develops budgets, and monitors expenses throughout the project lifecycle. They track spending, review financial reports, and implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget. Financial performance is consistently reviewed, with any variances addressed through recommendations for cost-saving initiatives or alternative solutions.
3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation
