This includes drafting contract terms, conducting contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Through efficient contract management, the Quantity Surveyor minimizes disputes, secures value for money, and protects the organization’s interests. - Cost Control and Financial Monitoring
Throughout the project, the Quantity Surveyor monitors and controls project costs, regularly reviewing expenditures to prevent budget overruns. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar tools)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills for detailed financial analysis
