Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying and Generating Leads
- Research and identify potential customers using various tools and techniques, including market research and networking.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads by reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase market presence.
2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Presenting and Selling Products/Services
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of the company’s offerings.
- Demonstrate product features effectively and address customer queries or objections.
- Close sales deals by negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts.
4. Meeting Sales Targets
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Monitor individual performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maintain productivity.
- Report on sales performance and provide forecasts to management regularly.
5. Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and marketing efforts.
6. Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to align sales efforts.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
