We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The AC Supervisor will lead a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

Supervision and Team Management

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the AC maintenance and installation team.
• Assign tasks to technicians based on job requirements and their expertise.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and efficiency.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring quality standards and project deadlines are met.

Maintenance and Repairs

• Inspect and troubleshoot air conditioning systems to diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Supervise the repair and replacement of components such as compressors, condensers, and fans.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance is performed to keep systems operating efficiently.

Installation and Upgrades

• Oversee the installation of new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Provide technical expertise on selecting appropriate systems and materials based on client requirements.
• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Quality Control and Compliance

• Conduct final inspections of work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards during all HVAC-related activities.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used correctly and safely.

Inventory and Documentation

• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring availability for projects and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and installations.
• Prepare reports on team performance, job progress, and any issues encountered.

Client Interaction and Support

• Communicate with clients to understand their air conditioning needs and provide technical recommendations.

• Provide detailed explanations of work completed and offer guidance on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in air conditioning systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Working Conditions

AC Supervisors work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the job location. The role may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and heights.
