Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision of Housekeeping Staff
Coordinate and manage the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance. Provide training and guidance to ensure staff adhere to cleanliness and organizational standards.
2. Maintenance of Cleanliness Standards
Ensure that all areas, including rooms, common areas, and restrooms, are cleaned and maintained according to high standards of hygiene and presentation. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with cleaning protocols.
3. Inventory and Supplies Management
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment. Maintain inventory levels by ordering cleaning materials and ensuring they are stored properly. Address any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
4. Guest or Resident Satisfaction
Respond to guest or resident inquiries, requests, and complaints related to housekeeping. Ensure swift resolution of issues to maintain a positive experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Compliance with Health and Safety Standards
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all housekeeping activities. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety procedures, handling cleaning agents, and emergency protocols.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and inventory usage. Prepare reports for management on housekeeping operations, including recommendations for process improvements.
7. Coordination with Other Departments

Qualifications and Skills
