HVAC Supervisor Required in Oman

The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role involves managing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The HVAC Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently, effectively, and safely to meet the needs of clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Supervision
   The HVAC Supervisor leads a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that all team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting regular performance evaluations. By fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, the HVAC Supervisor enhances team morale and efficiency.
2. Project Management
   In this role, the HVAC Supervisor is responsible for planning and managing HVAC projects, including installations, repairs, and maintenance services. They develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget. Effective project management ensures that client expectations are met and that projects are delivered with a high level of quality.
3. Quality Control and Compliance

Qualifications and Skills
