Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience Management
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Oversee the guest experience to ensure all expectations are met or exceeded.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Organize and coordinate personalized services, activities, and dining arrangements for guests.
Team Supervision and Training
- Lead and supervise a team of villa hosts, ensuring they deliver high-quality service.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of villa hosts, providing feedback and support when needed.
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and ensure adherence to hospitality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure villa readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of amenities and supplies, coordinating replenishments as necessary.
Issue Resolution and Problem-Solving
- Address and resolve any operational or guest-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Act as an escalation point for villa hosts in handling challenging situations.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations to reassure guests and staff.
Reporting and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and requests for future reference.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on villa operations and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality, preferably in villa or resort management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on guest needs.
