Key Responsibilities

1. Installation and Setup

• Oversee the installation and configuration of LED display systems, ensuring they are set up according to client specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the installation is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate technical needs and customize LED solutions for clients.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform regular maintenance on LED displays to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, such as display malfunctions, image quality problems, or connectivity issues.
• Ensure that all systems are updated with the latest firmware or software patches to improve functionality and security.

3. Technical Support and Consultation

• Provide technical support to clients, offering troubleshooting assistance and guidance on product usage and maintenance.
• Offer consultations to clients about the best LED display solutions for their needs, considering factors like location, viewing distance, and content requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on operating and maintaining LED display systems.

4. Quality Control and Testing

• Perform thorough testing of LED displays before and after installation to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Monitor the performance of installed systems, ensuring consistent image quality, brightness, and resolution.
• Identify and rectify any issues related to display performance, including color calibration, pixel failure, and electrical faults.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and technical support provided.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on system performance, including any necessary recommendations for improvements.
• Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of systems and suggest potential upgrades or enhancements.

6. Research and Development

• Stay informed on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the LED display industry.
• Work with the R&D team to explore new LED display products and solutions that can meet evolving client needs.
• Offer recommendations for product enhancements or new features based on client feedback and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with LED display systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of LED technology, including hardware, software, and display performance specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and technical teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and technical software related to LED displays.
