- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes across all menu items.
- Source and use high-quality, authentic ingredients to ensure the dishes reflect Philippine culinary standards.
Kitchen Management
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.
Team Leadership and Training
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Organize workshops or training sessions to enhance the team’s skills, particularly in Filipino culinary techniques.
Health and Safety Compliance
