Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to verify actual progress and gather data for schedule updates.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure projects remain on track.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective actions when required.
Coordination and Communication
- Act as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review schedules, discuss progress, and address any concerns.
- Provide schedule updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Cost and Resource Management
