Key Responsibilities
1.Technical Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the company’s offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
2.Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical inquiries.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and providing expert guidance.
3.Team Leadership and Development
- Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, providing training and support to enhance their technical and sales skills.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes to build a high-performing sales engineering team.
- Contribute to performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
4.Strategic Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and market insights for senior management review.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling messages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions
