Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization by providing orientation and training.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving workplace issues.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Promote a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Create and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Monitor compliance with employment regulations and recommend updates as needed.
- Address disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
- Support employees in setting and achieving career goals.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and process payroll, benefits, and leave applications in a timely manner.
- Generate HR reports and metrics for management to inform strategic decisions.
Health and Safety
- Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations to protect employees.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
