Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization by providing orientation and training.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Promote a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.

Policy Implementation and Compliance

  • Create and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Monitor compliance with employment regulations and recommend updates as needed.
  • Address disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.

  • Support employees in setting and achieving career goals.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and process payroll, benefits, and leave applications in a timely manner.

  • Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations to protect employees.
