Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
The Construction Lawyer is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to construction projects. This includes contracts between clients and contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties. The lawyer ensures that all agreements are clear, legally binding, and protect the interests of the client while mitigating potential risks.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes arising during the course of a construction project, the Construction Lawyer provides legal representation and advice. This includes handling disputes related to contract breaches, delays, defective work, and payment issues. The lawyer will work to resolve these disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation as necessary, aiming to achieve a favorable outcome for the client.

Regulatory Compliance:
The Construction Lawyer ensures that all aspects of the construction project comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
