Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Sales
- Welcome and greet customers, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Understand customer preferences and requirements to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Present product features, benefits, and specifications effectively to influence purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and address any concerns or objections promptly.
Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
- Actively participate in promotions and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details for future follow-ups.
Showroom Maintenance
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and proper product displays.
- Monitor and restock display items, ensuring that all products are correctly labeled and priced.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the management team.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to provide updates on new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
Product Knowledge and Training
- Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of products offered in the showroom.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Communicate industry trends and customer preferences to the management team to improve product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a results-oriented approach.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A high school diploma is required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
