Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Taxation and Compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to company policies.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing accurate documentation and reports.
Financial Reporting
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to present the company’s financial position.
- Analyze variances in financial performance and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders, summarizing financial activities and outcomes.
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus.
- Proven experience in accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
