About the Role:
- Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases.
- Manage confidential documents and information.
- Draft correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Answer phones and greet visitors professionally.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Secretary or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
