Driver Required in Saudi Arabia

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting goods, passengers, or both to designated destinations while adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the vehicle in good condition. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products or services, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.

Responsibilities

Transportation and Delivery

• Safely drive vehicles to transport goods, passengers, or materials to various destinations as required by the company.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries or arrivals.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly loaded and secure, ensuring the safety of both the cargo and passengers.

Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection

• Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, including checking oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
• Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the management promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean and tidy, inside and out, to maintain a professional appearance.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery or passenger details as required by the company.
• Complete any necessary paperwork such as delivery receipts, vehicle maintenance logs, and any incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including documentation for permits, driving licenses, and vehicle registrations.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols to ensure the safety of oneself, passengers, and other road users.
• Drive defensively and maintain a safe driving speed at all times.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with the company’s policies on safety and road regulations.

Customer Service

• Interact professionally with passengers or customers, providing excellent service throughout the journey or delivery process.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods if required, ensuring that products are handled carefully.
• Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle being driven.
• Proven experience as a driver, with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and best driving practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain a vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
