What You’ll Do: Responsibilities
- Become a ducting whiz! You’ll likely be involved in the entire ducting process, from creating parts (Fabrication) to installing them in buildings (Installation). This could involve tasks like:
- Reading blueprints and following specifications for ductwork.
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal into duct components (Fabrication).
- Installing ductwork in buildings (Installation).
- Ensuring that all ductwork is properly sealed and meets quality standards.
- (Depending on the role) you might also be involved in maintaining existing ductwork systems.
What They’re Looking For: Qualifications
