Key Responsibilities

System Design and Implementation

• Design and configure BMS systems to meet project requirements and ensure seamless integration with building infrastructure.
• Develop system architecture, programming logic, and control strategies for HVAC, lighting, energy, and security systems.
• Oversee the installation of sensors, controllers, and other BMS hardware.

Commissioning and Testing

• Conduct thorough commissioning of BMS systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform system tests to validate performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Document commissioning processes and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Monitor BMS systems to identify potential issues and ensure continuous optimal operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, or communication networks.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to extend the life of BMS components and improve system efficiency.

Energy Management and Optimization

• Analyze energy consumption data and implement strategies to reduce energy usage and costs.

• Provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency and reducing the building’s carbon footprint.

Client Support and Training

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize BMS solutions accordingly.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure that all BMS installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and control systems.
• Proficiency in programming BMS software and configuring communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy efficiency standards.

Working Conditions
