Key Responsibilities
Solution Development and Customization
- Design, develop, and customize Newgen solutions to meet business process automation needs, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.
- Configure Newgen modules, create workflows, and define user roles to support various departmental requirements.
- Integrate Newgen applications with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity.
Requirements Analysis and Solution Design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new solutions or enhancements to existing Newgen systems.
- Create comprehensive solution designs that address identified business requirements, incorporating best practices in BPM and ECM.
- Provide recommendations on optimizing workflows and improving process efficiencies within the Newgen environment.
Implementation and Deployment
- Lead the deployment of Newgen solutions, conducting thorough testing to validate that systems meet both functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and consistency, addressing any issues that arise during implementation.
- Coordinate with IT and project management teams to schedule deployments and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
User Training and Support
- Train end-users and administrators on Newgen functionalities, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the platform.
- Provide technical support for Newgen applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.
- Document user manuals, guidelines, and FAQs to assist end-users in navigating Newgen tools and workflows.
Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues, ensuring Newgen applications remain reliable and responsive.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that optimize workflow automation and content management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Newgen features and updates, implementing enhancements that benefit the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certification in Newgen or BPM/ECM platforms is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Newgen solutions or similar BPM/ECM platforms, with a proven track record in business process automation.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of BPM, ECM, and workflow automation; proficient in Newgen configuration, integration, and customization; familiarity with programming languages like Java or .NET is preferred.
- Attributes: Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
