Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Analysis and Improvement
- Conduct detailed assessments of organizational structures, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

2. Talent Development and Management

- Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and adjust them based on feedback and outcomes.
3. Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational restructuring, process changes, or technology implementation.
- Develop communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout change processes.
- Provide support and resources to managers and teams to adapt to new systems and practices.
4. Employee Engagement and Culture Building
- Design and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with leadership to address cultural challenges and promote values that support the organization’s mission.
5. Performance Management
- Support the development and refinement of performance evaluation systems.
- Assist managers in setting clear goals and objectives for their teams.
- Use analytics and metrics to monitor performance trends and recommend solutions for underperformance.
6. Policy Development and Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizational development, HR, or talent management roles.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, employee engagement strategies, and performance management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and analytics tools to track and report on development initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
