Quality Control (QC) Manager Required in Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control standards, managing a team of QC professionals, and ensuring that all products or services meet or exceed company and regulatory requirements. This role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

1. Development and Implementation of Quality Standards

• Design and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure consistent product or service quality.
• Establish and maintain quality benchmarks in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant certifications, regulations, and company requirements.

2. Quality Control Operations Management

• Supervise QC processes across all production or operational stages to identify and address quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

3. Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of QC staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular team evaluations.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

4. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare detailed quality control reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of QC activities, audits, and compliance efforts.
• Present findings to management and provide actionable insights for process optimization.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams to address quality issues proactively.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure materials and services meet quality requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors or quality inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a QC management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools, techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools.
