Key Responsibilities

Incident Investigation and Reporting
Respond promptly to workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Investigate the root causes, prepare detailed reports, and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Ensure proper documentation and reporting to relevant authorities when required.
Compliance and Audits
Monitor the organization’s compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to established safety standards. Address non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and update emergency response plans, ensuring readiness to address emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, or chemical spills. Conduct regular drills to evaluate preparedness and improve response times.
Collaboration and Reporting

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a safety-related role, with knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
