Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Support
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
- Act as a point of contact for the sales team, addressing their administrative needs and ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation for reporting and future reference.
2. Client Relationship Management

3. Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with other departments, such as logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Track and manage the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that arise.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales forecasts and targets.
5. Administrative and Organizational Duties
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
