Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support. Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses. Address customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to align strategies and goals.
Training and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product advancements, industry standards, and emerging technologies. Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and usage of products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related role.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
