Responsibilities

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
3. Event Planning and Coordination
- Collaborate with event planners, designers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all event details align with client expectations.
- Assist in developing creative event concepts and solutions to meet client goals and budgets.
4. Contract Negotiation and Closing
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Secure bookings by closing sales deals and managing payment schedules.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Post-Event Follow-Up
- Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain client databases and ensure proper follow-up to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Work on building long-term relationships to convert one-time clients into loyal customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
