Ensuring Quality Control and Compliance

Quality control is a critical responsibility of the Steel Fixer Supervisor. The supervisor ensures that all steel reinforcement work adheres to the required construction standards, building codes, and safety regulations. This includes verifying the correct placement, spacing, and alignment of steel bars and mesh to maintain the structural integrity of the concrete framework. They work closely with engineers and quality control teams to address any discrepancies.

Team Management and Leadership
