Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    The Project Manager is responsible for creating detailed project plans, defining the scope of work, setting milestones, and allocating resources efficiently. They must coordinate with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project align with design specifications and project goals. This includes managing timelines, materials, and human resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Budget Management:
    The Project Manager must prepare, monitor, and control the project budget, ensuring that all expenditures are accounted for and that the project stays within the financial parameters set by the client or organization. They are responsible for negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, managing contracts, and ensuring that cost-effective solutions are applied without compromising the quality of the work.
  3. Team Leadership and Supervision:
    Leading and managing a team of engineers, site supervisors, and other personnel is a core responsibility. The Project Manager ensures that all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines. Regular progress meetings, performance assessments, and mentoring are key elements to ensure high team productivity and motivation. Qualifications and Skills:
