What You’ll Do: Responsibilities
Mason:
- Assist experienced masons with bricklaying, plastering, and other construction tasks.
- Learn and develop your masonry skills on the job.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Helper:
- Provide general support to the construction crew with tasks like carrying materials, cleaning up debris, and running errands.
- Be willing to learn and assist with various construction activities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.
Carpenter:
- Build, install, and repair wooden structures using carpentry tools and techniques.
- Read and follow blueprints and instructions.
- Ensure all carpentry work meets quality standards.
Steel Fixer:
- Position and secure steel reinforcement bars according to blueprints and specifications.
- Cut, bend, and tie steel rebar as needed.
- Contribute to the safe and efficient construction of the steel frame.
General:
- All positions will have a work schedule of 6 AM to 12:30 PM, break from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and then 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

- Helper: 180 OMR per month
- Carpenter: 210 OMR per month
- Steel Fixer: 210 OMR per month
- Salary paid monthly before the 10th.
