Network and System Management

You will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and other critical IT systems. This includes managing both physical and virtual environments, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and scalability. You will monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to prevent downtime and disruptions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure that our systems are secure and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

As an IT Engineer, you will provide technical support to employees, helping them resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will troubleshoot problems, diagnose their root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining documentation for IT systems and procedures, ensuring that the team has access to up-to-date resources for problem resolution and system management.

IT Security and Compliance

You should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are also important, as you will be working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
