Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for software solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with system architecture.
• Provide input on project scope, timelines, and potential risks during the planning phase.

2. Solution Design and Development

• Design robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code using programming languages and frameworks relevant to the project.
• Develop integrations between different systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.

3. System Testing and Deployment

• Perform thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or issues identified during testing or post-deployment.
• Deploy software solutions to production environments and provide support during rollouts.

4. Maintenance and Support

• Monitor the performance of IT solutions and provide ongoing maintenance to address issues and optimize functionality.
• Respond to user feedback and requests for system enhancements or customizations.
• Ensure timely updates and patches to keep solutions secure and compliant with industry standards.

5. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
