• Asset Tracking Champion: Maintain detailed records of all the company’s equipment and property, making sure everything is listed accurately.

• Acquisition Ace: Manage the process of getting new assets, getting rid of old ones, and transferring them between departments, following all the company’s rules.
• Asset Utilization Analyst: Track how the company uses its assets, plan maintenance schedules, and keep tabs on depreciation (how much their value decreases over time).
