Responsibilities

- Stay updated on product offerings, services, and policies to provide comprehensive assistance.
- Suggest additional products or services that may benefit customers, contributing to sales goals.
Collaboration with Teams
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
