Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to reach them effectively.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content for various platforms.
- Ensure content is aligned with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

- SEO and SEM:

- Segment email lists and personalize messaging to improve open and click-through rates.
- Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms.
- Monitor ad budgets, bid strategies, and ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track spending and adjust strategies to stay within budget while achieving goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
