Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.
    • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  2. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
    • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current data.
    • Support the sales team with lead generation activities, including researching potential clients and qualifying leads.
  3. Content Management:
    • Help develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
    • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels with relevant content.
    • Coordinate the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other communications.
  4. Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
    • Coordinate logistics, such as booking venues, arranging transportation, and managing event budgets.
    • Support on-site activities, including booth setup, registration, and customer engagement.
  5. Market Research:
    • Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  6. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including KPIs, budgets, and ROI analysis.

    • Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.
    • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  8. Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
    • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks.
  9. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Support customer retention strategies by assisting with the management of loyalty programs, customer surveys, and follow-up communications.

  10. Continuous Improvement:
    • Suggest improvements to sales and marketing processes based on feedback and performance data.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales software, such as CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
