Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current data.
- Support the sales team with lead generation activities, including researching potential clients and qualifying leads.
- Content Management:
- Help develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels with relevant content.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other communications.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, such as booking venues, arranging transportation, and managing event budgets.
- Support on-site activities, including booth setup, registration, and customer engagement.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the analysis of market data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including KPIs, budgets, and ROI analysis.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Support customer retention strategies by assisting with the management of loyalty programs, customer surveys, and follow-up communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Suggest improvements to sales and marketing processes based on feedback and performance data.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales software, such as CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
