Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Engage with Customers:

    • Answer Questions: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  2. Sales Process Management:

    • Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations or provide samples to showcase the product’s value and functionality.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and other conditions to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Meeting Sales Targets:
    • Achieve Sales Goals: Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
    • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Encourage customers to purchase additional products or services by suggesting upgrades or complementary items.
