Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.

Customer Service Excellence
