Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings to introduce the company’s products or services.

Sales Presentations and Closing

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Highlight the benefits and value of the company’s offerings to address customer challenges and objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for targeting specific market segments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on customer feedback and market research.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, deal progress, and completed transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
