Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
    • Set short-term and long-term sales goals in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Set individual sales targets for team members and monitor their performance.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure the team meets its goals.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
    • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Prepare and manage the sales department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

  6. Sales Process Improvement:

  7. Market Research and Analysis:

  8. Negotiation and Closing:

  9. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

  10. Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
