Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.

- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Sales Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.

- Budgeting and Forecasting:

Qualifications:
