Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee food and beverage costs to ensure profitability
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction
• Monitor inventory levels and handle purchasing processes
• Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in cost control, ideally within the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of costing principles and accounting practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 400 KD – 450 KD

Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial record accuracy
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant discipline (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: 300 KD – 350 KD
