What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that greets guests and ensures their Dubai experience is unforgettable! Your responsibilities might include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm smile and checking them in and out efficiently
• Answering guest questions, sharing info about hotel services, and helping them book tours or restaurants
• Keeping track of reservations and rooms using the hotel’s computer system
• Answering calls, taking messages, and helping guests with anything they need
• Staying up-to-date on everything the hotel offers, from local attractions to events
• Handling payments accurately, whether it’s cash, credit card, or something else
• Solving any guest concerns with a positive and professional attitude
• Working with housekeeping and maintenance to make sure rooms are sparkling clean and ready for guests
• Keeping the front desk area tidy, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Protecting guest privacy and following data protection rules

Basically, you’ll be the first impression guests have of the hotel, and you’ll play a key role in making their stay amazing!

We’re Looking For You If You Have:

• Some experience working at a hotel front desk or in customer service (a plus, but not required!)
• Excellent communication and people skills (you’ll be chatting with guests all day!)
• Experience using hotel management software and Microsoft Office programs
• The ability to solve problems quickly and pay close attention to detail
• The ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once
• English fluency is a must, and speaking other languages is a big bonus!
• A high school diploma or equivalent (a hospitality certificate is a plus, but not required)
• The flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
