What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

• Provide support across various HR functions (think tasks like recruitment, onboarding, and payroll)
• Assist with administrative duties like maintaining employee files and updating databases
• Communicate effectively with employees and answer their HR-related questions
• Help with the recruitment process (think tasks like scheduling interviews and managing paperwork)
• Ensure all HR processes are followed accurately and efficiently

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience working in an HR role (bonus points if you have experience in Qatar!)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (being able to clearly explain things is key!)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (think Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – you’ll be a whiz at using these programs!
• A positive and helpful attitude (we want someone who enjoys working with others!)
• A valid Qatar ID (QID) is preferred, but not mandatory
