Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning and Instruction

• Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Teach core subjects such as mathematics, science, language arts, and social studies in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group projects, and technology integration, to enhance learning experiences.

2. Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring

• Assess and monitor students’ progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Identify and address individual learning needs, adapting teaching methods to support diverse abilities.

3. Classroom Management

• Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote discipline and cooperation.
• Encourage positive interactions among students to foster teamwork and mutual respect.

4. Support for Student Development

• Promote social and emotional well-being by providing guidance and support to students.

5. Collaboration with Colleagues and Parents
