Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Identify potential customers in the educational and vocational training sectors, including universities, technical schools, and training centers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote lab equipment, training kits, and other related products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, track industry trends, and understand customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of engineering lab equipment, showcasing the features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients during the sales process, answering queries and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.

3. Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in engineering lab equipment and vocational training solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings, including specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the educational or vocational training sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering lab equipment and vocational training solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
