Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure reliable performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Manage server and network resources, data storage, backups, and recovery systems to ensure optimal functionality and security.
2. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT services.

3. IT Operations and Support

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
