Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure reliable performance.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Manage server and network resources, data storage, backups, and recovery systems to ensure optimal functionality and security.

2. Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT services.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and expertise.

3. IT Operations and Support

• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT support requests and incidents by establishing and managing a robust helpdesk system.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain high-quality IT service delivery.
• Implement monitoring tools to ensure systems are functioning optimally and proactively address potential issues.

4. Budget and Vendor Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and network management.
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
