Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight and Planning
Supervise the technical design, construction, and renovation of venues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review designs and technical specifications.
Project Management
Manage multiple venue development projects from inception to completion. Create project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met within budget and schedule.
Maintenance and Upgrades
Evaluate existing venue infrastructure and recommend necessary upgrades or improvements. Oversee maintenance activities to ensure venues remain functional, safe, and compliant with regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to align technical requirements with project objectives and resolve any issues promptly.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure that all technical aspects of venue development comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
Budget and Resource Management
Prepare and manage budgets for technical development projects. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills
