What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

As a housekeeping supervisor, your job is to keep the hotels sparkling clean and well-maintained. Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing a team of housekeepers, assigning tasks, and providing training.
• Inspecting guest rooms and common areas to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Creating cleaning schedules and making sure they’re followed.
• Ordering and managing cleaning supplies.
• Handling guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping.
• Making sure the team follows safety and hygiene rules.
